A radical aerodynamic design

The car that the team will roll out a car in Colorado will have a radical aerodynamic design completely different from the 2002 Pikes Peak RS200e. The design will place emphasis on transmitting  the RS200's 840BHP to all 4 wheels with an equal downforce. Already a stunning fast car, this should allow Stig to make a real attempt at a sub 10 minute run.

This year, the team is allowing Stig to have brakes all the way up the hill ! In 2002 Stig suffered complete brake failure one third of the way into the run and still managed to finish in a good time.
